If there are any pending consumer complaints, and/or pending sales transactions at your dealership, you will also be required to provide documentation indicating whether the titles have been transferred and/or the liens on trade-in vehicles have been paid and, if not, when these transactions will occur. Unless all titles have been transferred and/or all liens on trade-in vehicles have been paid, your Voluntary Relinquishment of License will not be accepted.
