1. Deliver the completed form in person to the Records Office or Student Services,
2. Mail it to P.O. Box 1000, Wadley, AL 36276, or
3. Use the online submission option available through the college's online access system. Note that Southern Union does not accept faxed requests for transcripts, nor do they fax transcripts.
